This policy applies to the UnitFab application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Yusuf Şirin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
1. Data Storage and Control
All data you enter into the Application (products, recipes, workspaces, etc.) is stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not have access to, nor does it store, collect, or monitor your personal data on any external servers.
2. iCloud Backup and Sync
If you choose to enable the iCloud Backup feature:
- Your data is synced to your personal iCloud account.
- This process is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for data loss or sync errors arising from Apple's infrastructure, network connectivity issues, or insufficient iCloud storage space.
3. Information Collection (Third-Party Services)
The Application itself does not collect or transmit your personal data to the Service Provider. However, it integrates the following third-party services, each of which may process limited data as described below:
- Google Fonts: The Application uses Plus Jakarta Sans and Roboto Mono fonts via the Google Fonts service. For information on what data Google may collect through this service, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Adapty: Used to manage in-app subscriptions. Adapty operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For information on what data Adapty collects and processes, please refer to Adapty's Privacy Policy and Adapty's End-User Privacy Policy.
4. Device Permissions
The Application requests access to the following features solely for core functionality:
- Camera & Photo Library: To allow you to add photos to your products. These photos remain on your device/iCloud and are never transmitted to the Service Provider.
- File Access (File Picker): To allow you to import backup files into the Application. The Application reads only the specific file you select and does not retain access to any other files or directories on your device.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (For Users in the European Economic Area)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
