This Privacy Policy applies to the Sudoku: Hints & Number Logic app ("Application") created by Yusuf Şirin ("Service Provider").
All gameplay data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to any server. This includes game statistics, history, active game state, and app preferences. You can delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC), unless you have bought the optional ad-free version described in Section 4. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), IP address, device information, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. This data is transmitted to Google (United States) and processed under Standard Contractual Clauses or other equivalent safeguards.
This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The Service Provider does not have access to data collected by AdMob.
EU/EEA: Upon first launch, you will be shown an in-app consent form to choose between personalized or non-personalized advertisements. You can withdraw consent at any time by resetting your advertising ID in your device settings. Google may also use IP addresses for privacy-preserving measurement in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland (IAB TCF Feature 3). This processing is covered by the consent form shown on first launch.
iOS: The Application requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android: You can opt out of personalized ads via Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
The Application offers one optional, one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertisements. There is no subscription.
Payment is processed entirely by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The Service Provider never receives, sees, or stores your payment method, billing address, or store account identity.
When you buy or restore the purchase, the Application asks the store to confirm your entitlement. Only the result of that check — whether ads are switched off — is stored locally on your device. It is not sent anywhere; the Service Provider operates no server.
Payment and account data handled by the stores is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy. Refunds and billing questions are handled by the store you purchased from, not by the Service Provider.
